Direct replacement for Cummins 3973819 — the OE accessory-drive belt tensioner used on medium-duty Freightliner M2 / 108SD chassis and Kenworth T370/T440/T470 trucks built with the ISC/ISL 8.3L from roughly 2007 through 2015.
