The EOP-2045 is a steel rear-sump pan with an EDC rust-resistant finish and 36 quart capacity for Mack E7, E-Tech and ASET engines, replacing Mack 240GB5263M6. It ships with the M20 x 1.5 drain plug and the pan gasket included, is manufactured in the USA, and carries PAI’s two year unlimited mileage warranty.
Signs You Need a New Oil Pan
- Oil dripping or pooling from the lowest point of the engine, heaviest right after shutdown
- Visible impact damage — a dent, crease or gouge from road debris or bottoming out
- Stripped or leaking drain plug threads that a new sealing washer will not stop
- Rust-through, pinholes or weeping at the lowest seam or drain boss
- Pan flange no longer flat, with elongated bolt holes, so a fresh gasket leaks again within days
