Description
The PAI Industries 390091EX is a remanufactured unit fuel injector from PAI’s Excel line for Caterpillar 3406E, C15, and C16 diesel engines — commonly fitted to engine serial-number prefixes 5EK, 1LW, 2WS, 1MM, and 6NZ. It replaces Caterpillar injector 211-3023 and the related Cat numbers 10R0957, 10R8500, and 10R8501. Each injector is remanufactured and tested to restore fuel metering, timing, and spray pattern. As an “EX”-suffix exchange part, a refundable core charge applies.
