The PAI 681212 is a new, premium aftermarket turbocharger for EGR-equipped Detroit Diesel Series 60 12.7L (DDEC V) engines, replacing Detroit Diesel 23534774 — the Garrett GTA4502V variable-geometry turbo (Garrett 758160-series). PAI builds to meet or exceed OEM specifications, restoring proper boost, throttle response, and fuel economy without a core charge.
