Hofmann M1625EM110 Monty 1625EM Swing-Arm Tire Changer with EasyMont
The monty1625 series are high-performance tire changers designed to service standard and performance wheels on automobiles and light trucks. The patented EasyMont pro bead assist on the monty 1625EM holds the bead into the drop center, making one-operator tire changes possible on low-profile, high performance and run-flat tires.
Features
- On-Floor Bead Breaker (Pedal-Operated): A conventional side-shovel bead breaker, featuring an ergonomically positioned pedal control situated a small distance from the shovel, is the quickest solution for efficiently handling a range of tires.
- Rim Clamping Bead Seater: A direct burst of compressed air comes through the clamping jaws to facilitate bead seating.
- Adjustable Clamping Jaws: To safeguard the wheel’s integrity, these nylon-covered jaws are self-centering and grip the wheel firmly for elevated stability and safety.
- Swing-Arm: Optimization of space is skillfully ensured with a mounting arm that pivots to the side, allowing the machine to be efficiently installed directly adjacent to a wall.
- Pneumatic EasyMont: Includes the top roller, pressing foot and lifting disk to streamline the mounting and demounting of low-profile and high-performance tires, enabling a single technician to perform tasks with ease.
