The Fleetguard FF5971NN is a spin-on fuel filter built on Cummins Filtration NanoNet media, designed for 2020 and newer Cummins X15 and X12 engines (EPA 2017 and EPA 2021 emission ratings). Fleetguard is the OE filter supplier to Cummins, and the FF5971NN is the direct service replacement for Cummins 5575143. It is backwards-compatible with the earlier FF5825NN.
