1978 – 1992 Camaro Power Steering Rag Joint Coupler, 2-3/4″ OD, For 3/4″ 26 Spline Input Shafts
NEW P/S Coupler for 1978 – 1992 Camaro models with power steering. This coupler rag joint is required to connect the steering column to the steering box. See Part STE-177 for a complete Intermediate Shaft with this couple pre-installed on it.
Note for 1978 Models: this is for Late 1978 production cars. This is made to fit models with a Double D shaft on the steering column with a bolt hole in the center of the shaft. This is NOT for steering columns with splines on the shaft.
STOP!! Before Ordering YOU MUST MEASURE YOUR GEAR BOX INPUT SHAFT. There are several aftermarket and rebuilt gear boxes on the market that have different shaft sizes.
Notes: For 3/4″ 26 spline input shafts with 2-3/4″ OD steering coupling assembly.
