Description
Quality replacement service relay valve for trailer air brake systems. The World American WA110415 is a Sealco-pattern piston-type relay valve with a 4.0 PSI nominal crack pressure, one 3/4 in NPT reservoir supply port, one 3/8 in NPT control port and four 3/8 in NPT delivery ports. It threads directly onto the reservoir and replaces Sealco 110415 and Haldex 110415X.
Signs You Need a New Relay Valve
- Slow brake application or slow release on the axle group the valve feeds
- Brakes dragging or not fully releasing after the treadle is released
- Constant audible air leak from the valve exhaust with brakes applied or released
- Brakes applying with no treadle input
- Uneven braking between trailer axles

Applications
This relay valve serves:
- Tandem-axle trailer service brake systems with four brake chambers
Verify port sizes and crack pressure against the valve you are replacing before ordering. This is a nipple-mounted valve that threads onto the reservoir through its 3/4 in supply port — it is not a two-bolt bracket-mounted valve and is not a Bendix R-12, R-14 or RE-6 equivalent.
