Some 3.0L Diesel Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep vehicles include 24mm NOX andSOOT sensors mounted in the exhaust system similar to O2 sensors usedwith gas engine vehicles.These sensors are normally mounted betweenthe top of a exhaust pipe and under-body heat shields.Sensor access islimited.Crowfoot design allows the socket wrench to slip over thesensor wire without cutting the wire and provides the clearance need toaccess the sensor body without dropping the exhaust system.Exhaustsystem heat and corrosion makes sensor removal difficult.Reinforcedcrowfoot design and 6 and 12 Pt SP Grip Drive provides added torquestrength by contacting the sensor body instead of the hex tips.1/2″square opening is provided for breaker bar use.
