Description
Eaton Aeroquip is the OEM supplier for heavy truck air conditioning hose systems. The FJ3045-0808S is an E-Z Clip straight splicer that joins two lengths of 8 (1/2 in) A/C refrigerant hose end to end, barb to barb. The E-Z Clip system is field serviceable and needs no crimping machine — the hose slides over the barb and clips and a cage are closed with hand pliers.

Applications
This splicer is used to:

This is an air conditioning refrigerant fitting — it is NOT a hydraulic, air brake or transmission fitting, and must not be used in those systems. Select by hose dash size rather than by vehicle. Both ends are hose barbs; this joins two hoses and is not a bulkhead fitting. Clips and cages (FF14172) may be sold separately — contact us to confirm what ships in the box before ordering.
